BestJobsInTucson.com’s Partners in Diversity
BestJobsInTucson.com, Tucson’s only locally owned and operated online job board is partnering with Hispanic Heritage to create a diversity-job search box. This search box, which will be viewed on www.hispanicheritage.com, will allow job seekers to easily find employers who value workplace diversity. The search box will contain a job category drop-down box and keyword search box that can be used by job seekers to find employers who belong to BestJobsInTucson.com’s Partners in Diversity Program – a designation for BestJobsInTucson.com employer members who value diversity in the workplace
New and existing employer members to BestJobsInTucson.com who believe in the importance of workplace diversity will be able to identify themselves as BestJobsInTucson.com Partners In Diversity. This distinction will allow the employer to have a special graphic on all the BestJobsInTucson.com job postings in addition to being part of the diversity-job search box on www.hispanicheritage.com.
“A good manager knows the importance of making an employee feel valued for their cultural and skill background. They’re the kind of employer a job seeker wants to work for,” said Chris Landi, BestJobsInTucson.com’s General Manager. “This partnership with Hispanic Heritage will allow our employer members to state that they value diversity and will also allow job seekers on both www.hispanicheritage.com and BestJobsInTucson.com to easily find such employers.”

The show can be seen Sundays on WB Channel 58 at 10 PM and is hosted by former KOLD anchor Valerie Cavazos. For more information about Hispanic Heritage, visit www.hispanicheritage.com.
